All menu items are prepared by Chef Mohr, Chef Rasor and their staff. Items are presented buffet style with high quality disposable plates, wares and paper napkins, unless other arrangements are made during consultation. Quantities of food prepared are determined by past practices and national catering standards. The appropriate amount of food for the number of attendees will be prepared. Please estimate the number of attendees carefully to assure the correct amount of food is provided. Please be aware of event beginning and ending times, as they will be strictly adhered to. Additional event time will be billed accordingly. A delivery charge of $25.00 will apply for all delivery service.
Payment Policy: Payments may be made by check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. Prices are subject to applicable NC Taxes and applicable service fees. We do allow corporate accounts with a 30 day billing option; please call for more information. On-site events and off-site events must tender $1000 deposit to secure the date, 50% menu deposit 90 days before the event, and the balance the day of the event. “By consumption” and bar charges are due the evening of the event, and must furnish a valid credit card number.
Non-Refundable Deposit: The deposit made at the time of Agreement reserves limited event space and labor capacity for your specific event.
Accordingly, all deposits are non-refundable.
Savor Hospitality reserves the right to cancel any event, without refund, that does not tender deposits in a timely fashion.
