Let us help you take a break in your busy day. Perfect for any midmorning or afternoon when you need a little change of pace at work. All items are presented buffet style.

Fresh Fruit Display - Hand cut seasonal fruit display. $3.95 per person

Vegetable Display - Raw, fresh seasonal vegetables with dipping sauce. $3.95 per person

Cheese Display - Blend of Imported and Domestic Cheese with crackers. $4.95 per person

Soft Pretzels - Jumbo, soft-baked pretzels with mustard. $2.25 per person

Cookies/Brownies - An assortment of either sweet. $2.75 per person

Snack Mix/Trail Mix/Nut Mix - Your choice of snack munchies. $2.25 per person

Viennese Table - A grand, gourmet dessert display with Chef's choice of an assortment of sweets: Apple Pie, Chocolate Layer Cake, Pecan Pie, Mini Eclairs, French Silk Pie, Mini Cheesecake, Blondies, Chocolate Raspberry Bars, Key Lime Bars, Apple Betty and Chocolate Pecan Bars. $4.95 per person

Soft Drink Service - Canned Coca Cola products and bottled water. $2.75 per person

Ice Tea/Lemonade - $2.25 per person

Coffee Service - $2.95 per person

Ice Cream Social - Chocolate, Vanilla and Strawberry Premium Ice Creams with Chocolate Sauce, Chopped Nuts, Sprinkles and Whiped Cream for topping. $4.95 per person

Ice Cream Novelties - Pre-wrapped ice cream, just like right off the truck! An assortment of Chocolate Eclairs, Strawberry Shortcake, Ice Cream Sandwiches and Fruit Ice Pops. $2.95 per person


All on-site event menus are subject to applicable state taxes and 20% service fee which includes all charges for room and table setups, breakdown, linens, plates, utensils, glassware, and service wares.
Events include 4 hours facility usage, 2 hours food service. Additional facility time $100 per hour.
Saturday events on-site must meet $4000 food minimum.
Gratuities are not added. Gratuity is at the discretion of the client.

All off-site event menus are subject to applicable state taxes and 20% service fee which includes all charges for staffing of event and high-quality disposable wares.
Rental charges will be applied to off-site events for linens, plates, utensils, service wares, and glassware where requested.
Delivery charges will apply.
Gratuities are not added. Gratuity is at the discretion of the client.
