Breakfast menus are on-site only, not available for delivery service. All items are presented buffet style, All breakfast menu packages require a minimum of 10 persons for cold breakfast selections and 20 persons for hot breakfast selections.

Continental Breakfast - Fresh Fruit Display, hand- sliced seasonal fruit display. House-baked fruit filled muffins and cinnamon buns drizzled with icing. Fruit juices. $8.95 per person

New York Breakfast - Bagel Assortment, fresh baked and fragrant with an assortment of cream cheese spreads. Biscotti, sweet, crunchy and perfect for coffee dipping. Fresh Fruit Display, hand-sliced seasonal fruit display. Fruit juices. $8.95 per person

Breakfast Biscuits - Ham/Bacon/Sausage with Egg and Cheese, a variety of our soft and delicate biscuits filled with a choice of savory breakfast meats, scrambled egg and cheese. Cheese Grit Souffle, traditional southern dish with a twist. Fruit juices. $12.95 per person

American Breakfast - Scrambled Eggs, fluffy and light. Bacon and Sausage, sliced smoked bacon and North Carolina pork sausage grilled to peak flavor. Breakfast Potatoes, diced red potatoes with caramelized onions and cracked black pepper. Biscuits, soft, warm and delicate. Fruit juices. $12.95 per person

Southern Breakfast - Scrambled Eggs, fluffy and light. Cheese Grit Souffle, traditional southern dish with a twist. Ham and Bacon, North Carolina's own top-quality pork, grilled to peak flavor. Sausage Gravy, Chef Mohr's classically prepared white sauce with North Carolina pork sausage, perfectly seasoned. Biscuits, soft, warm and delicate. Fruit juices. $12.95 per person
